My Golders Hill Park YouTube vlog is now live!

On the west edge of Hampstead Heath sits Golders Hill Park. If it's hidden gems you're after, then this really does deliver- not only does it have a seriously pretty walled garden, but it also has a fantastic little zoo. The latter is nowhere near as large as London Zoo- which sits not too far away, south of Hampstead Heath- but it's undeniably charming. Whilst it doesn't contain many species of four-legged and winged friends, it's certainly worth a visit. You will enjoy meeting with a colourful phesant, ring-tailed lemurs, friendly donkeys and bouncing wallabies!
The walled garden around the corner is simply lovely. Come and take a stroll under the gloomth of a dense bowery, over two bridges- including a cute humpback bridge- and around a large lily pond with a chubby cherub fountain in the centre. There are some colourful species of flora to feast your eyes upon; including massive purple thistles, apricot roses and red hot pokers (aren't the latter what swingers have outside their houses? Well, Hampstead Heath is known as London's biggest cottage...😉)
As you know, I will always be a writer before anything else, and I have blogged about Golders Hill Park too, link:-
